| Andrew joined presenter Pete Evans and the Fresh TV crew for two days of shooting at Mt. Beauty in April. They shot three segments to air the last week of May. The High Country was in it's autumnal splendour, blue skies, golden poplars... Andrew prepared three dishes with Pete, Roast Lamb in the camp oven, New York Cut Porterhouse from Nolans Butchers in Mansfield with stir fried greens, and a smoked trout fettucine. Andrew really enjoyed working and cooking with Pete, and his passion for good food. |
